Trusted member status
**Problem:** The "Trusted" vs "Standard" tier system has been built but not advertised, so members aren't aware of it or motivated by it.
**Proposed changes:**
- Make the tiers visible on profiles so members can see the distinction
- Actively communicate what it takes to reach "Trusted" status
- Use tier visibility as a passive incentive to complete more trades
**Why it matters:** Seeing peers with a "Trusted" badge is likely to motivate members to complete the three trades needed to earn it.
