**Context:** 1,000 postcards from Mixam costs ~$70 — a low-cost, high-touch reward.
**Why it matters:** A physical thank-you creates a memorable moment, reinforces the tactile nature of the platform, and incentivizes first-time trade completion.

The “tactile nature of the platform” is what’s going to set this apart and really make it special and attractive to users imo. I stand by this being a great idea.
